Pine Haven Elementary (Bauxite School District) will hold its annual Kindergarten Round-Up on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 from 8:30 - 11 :00 a.m. and 1 :00 - 5:30 p.m. You will need to bring your child with you on this day for a Pre-kindergarten evaluation with the Kindergarten teachers.
Also, you will need to bring the following items:
- 2 proofs of residence (gas bill, electric bill, lease, or rent receipt, etc.)
- Immunization Record Birth Certificate (Must be 5 on or before August 1)
- Social Security Number or School Assigned Number
- Students with Special Needs or Medical Issues *Please bring current paperwork pertaining to their needs, IEP, speech, psychological evaluations, etc.
School Choice Forms will be available on site (last day for School Choice Applications will be May 1). If any parent/guardians cannot attend on this day, please contact Pine Haven Elementary Office at (501) 557-5361 to make other arrangements.
Park in front of the new building on Pine Haven Campus and enter the lobby of the front entrance. Signs will be posted to direct you to registration. We are looking forward to seeing you on this day!!!
