Bauxite Middle School is pleased to announce the 2018 Red Ribbon Week dress up days for all middle school students! Dress code does apply; see the Student Handbook for dress code information.

Thursday: We've got that Drug Free Spirit!
(Wear black and gray for the pep rally)
Friday: Color Wars
(6th grade wear blue, 7th grade wear pink, 8th grade wear green, and staff wear black/gray)

Friday, October 26th the food drive will end. Donations will be collected each morning at the school entrance and your advisory class. If you have any questions, please contact the front office.
The Bauxite Miner Athletic Foundation is holding our annual Halloween Candy Drive Contest. The deadline to turn in your candy is Thursday, October 25th. The class that collects the most bagged candy will get to celebrate with a Pizza Party!! Let’s make this year the best one yet, Thanks in advance for your support!!
VIP Middle School Dance: Friday, November 30 from 6-8pm in the Cafeteria. Tickets are $2. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase for $1. The grade with the most attendance will receive a surprise! Come dressed to walk the red carpet as a VIP or your favorite celebrity!
Mrs. Herron's class would like to ask if you can participate in their color cycle this year. Please 3 donate your old markers, highlighters, and expo markers to either room 208 or to the library.
