We will be having our annual Flu shot clinic on Thursday, November 3rd. This is a great opportunity for children to receive the vaccine with no charge to you. You must complete the front and back of the health department consent form and the Bauxite School District consent form. Both forms have to be completed, signed, and returned to the school by Monday, October 31st. Forms will go out next week at parent teacher conference. There will be no flu mist this year.
