  • 1/11/19 Spelling bee contestants you will need to meet in the cafeteria during 7th and 8th grade advisory/6th grade lunch.  You will be getting your certificate and having your picture made for the yearbook. Please check in with your teachers and then head to cafeteria.

  • 1/21/19 NO SCHOOL Monday for MLK DAY

  • The Green team is sponsoring a new contest.  We are collecting plastic shopping bags. The advisory class that turns in the most bags will receive a PIZZA PARTY! The contest begins NOW and goes through April 5. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Golleher.

  • Mrs. Herron's class would like to ask if you can participate in their color cycle this year. Please 3 donate your old markers, highlighters, and expo markers to either room 208 or to the library.

  • Yearbooks are on sale now.  You can order at jostensyearbooks.com, and they are $35. Order Forms are in the office.   

 

Students we have a couple announcements from Mrs. Arnold and Coach Calley.

  • "Students found using the 3rd floor doors or the 2nd floor doors nearest to Miner Academy will be sent to the office.  EVERYONE coming and going from football, band, and Harrell Gym MUST use the doors by the snack machine where we have supervision. This is for your safety."

  • "The chromebook that is issued to you is not yours.  DO NOT decorate the cover, screen, or keyboard in any way, this includes with stickers and markers.  If you currently have stickers or any other decorations on your chromebook, remove them immediately.  If you need help, please see one of your teachers, Mrs. Brown, or go the office, and we will help you without you being in trouble."

  • During lunch, students will only be allowed on the grass field or the playground on the school side of the road. No students will be allowed on the road, grass across the road, near the museum or the dumpster.
