The following policy was approved by the board on April 14, 2021.
Bauxite Schools will allow all individuals the freedom to make their own decisions about mask wearing. At this time, COVID-19 cases are low, and our staff has had the opportunity to become fully vaccinated. Students over the age of 16 are also now allowed to become vaccinated if they choose to do so. While we are still practicing safety measures such as cleaning, disinfecting, hand washing, and hand sanitizing, we will allow staff and students the opportunity to make their own individual decisions about mask wearing.
