First Bell Rings at 7:45 AM

ALL SCHOOL EVENTS/MEETINGS ARE SUBJECT TO DATE ~ TIME CHANGE OR CANCELLATION BY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION

Students you are not allowed to go to the parking lot for any reason

During lunch or at any other time

Students are NOT to sit in their vehicles after parking. Exit your vehicles and proceed to the High School

Students you need to be at the bus immediately after the bell. The buses will be leaving and if you miss your bus you will have to find yourself a way home.

Cell phones must be placed in the safe zone during class!

CLOSED CAMPUS

All schools in the District shall operate closed campuses. Students are required to stay on campus from their arrival until dismissal at the end of the regular school day unless given permission to leave the campus by a school official. Students must sign out in the main office upon their departure. Students may not check out to leave for lunch.

Students you are NOT allowed to order outside food and have it delivered to the school

BREAKFAST: Glazed Donut, Sausage, Egg, Cheese Biscuit, Fruit Juice and Milk

LUNCH:

Line 1: BBQ Pork Rib Pattie Sandwich, Tater Tots, Baked Beans, Salad, Ranch Dressing, Mandarin Oranges and Milk

Line 2: Chicken Tenders, Chicken and Cheese Crispito, Potato Wedges, Roll, Applesauce Cups, Fresh Fruit and Milk

Students:

Any senior wanting to sign up for senior week, you can do so in the library. You can sign up with a friend or by yourself. If you have any questions, email Mrs. Mode.

Did you know that April is National Poetry Month? To help celebrate, the library is having a poetry contest. First place wins $25 CASH! The deadline to enter is Friday, April 26th. Please check your email for the rules. See Mrs. Baxley if you have any questions.

Senior high boys basketball tryouts will be April 25th and 26th 3:30-4:30 in Dawson Arena. All boys interested in basketball are welcome. Please wear shoes and clothing appropriate for the basketball court.

Tickets for the spring musical Frozen Jr. are now on sale. Student tickets are $2. Tickets can be purchased in Mrs. Willmon's Room 202 or from the students selling them during both CAP classes.

Students entering grades 10th thru 12th interesting in the 2024 Junior Police Academy at the Saline Count Sheriff’s Office see Officer Shell for an application or any questions you might have. The academy will be for Bauxite and Harmony Grove Students from July 9 thru July 12. The Deadline to apply is June 7th, 2024.

Yesterday’a 1st CAP Baggo winners were Team Rogers/Morgan and Team Shepherd/Evans. Team Rogers/Morgan won the winner's bracket but still have to play the winner of the Loser's bracket.

TODAY (Friday) is the absolute deadline to submit multimedia and photography submissions to the AAIM Student Media Festival. If you would like to enter, please see Mrs. Baxley today.

Congratulations to the April Poetry Month Trivia winners: MICHAEL HILYARD and MRS. SHIPLEY. Please come by the library and pick up your prize.

Congratulations to Team Witherington/Cole for winning the 2nd CAP Baggo Tournament. They had to beat Team Kruck/Kampbell twice to secure the win. They each won a $10 gift card to a local restaurant.
