The Flu Shot Clinic is October 14th. Forms will be handed out to students on Tuesday, September 29th during Mrs. Grubb, Mrs. Dodson, Coach Ragsdale, Mrs. VanCleave, and Mrs. Price’s class periods. Completed and signed forms are to be turned in to the front office as they are received. The last day to turn in forms will be October 9th.
